Hi Michelle!,
Yeah he does actually. He has an additional service where you get pre-screened candidates. Its a bit more, I want to say $200? (One time fee - I forget) And he actually calls this the finders fee. I havent tried it so I don't know how good it is. There is also another service I just remembered called Agents of Value. I haven't used them either but from what I heard they do all the hiring, firing, paying of the contractor for you. They are a bit more - $400-500/mo for a full time employee. But you don't have to be a manager.

What I did exactly was, sign up with ReplaceMyself.com... I then went on to the job board and sent out as many emails as I could to qualified people within my price range. I picked 3 or 4 people out of the replies ( I cant remember if it was 3 or 4). Then gave them all a task to do... two of them actually finished the task. So I did a trial period with both (pay as you perform). Quickly I saw the one girl was very good and very motivated. So I let the first candidate go and put my girol on full time.

I cancelled my membership with ReplaceMyself.com. But I will start it up again if I ever need another employee.

One thing he provides thats nice is a project management server. There is a lot of open software versions for free you can install on your hosting account. I used Project Pier, which isn't as pretty of an interface but serves the purpose.

Good luck with finding someone!
