You could add a full page of amazon products, but this may not look as good and may not rank as well. Google won't 'slap' you.. it simply won't rank as well. Too many links are not good. The best way to layout a page is to have a few key products relative to the content sprinkled throughout the page. Give your readers fewer choices and you will have higher convergence. Good luck!
